Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Furlee is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

For UK customers and other customers with statutory consumer rights, nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Section 6 - Returns, Refunds, and UK Customer Rights

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

For UK customers, this policy does not affect your statutory rights. After notifying us of cancellation, you may have an additional period to return the item in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Refunds, when approved, will be made to the original payment method. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Some jurisdictions limit or do not allow the disclaimer of implied or other warranties, so the above disclaimer may not apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any rights you may have under UK consumer law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
