Shipping Locations
This shipping policy applies to orders shipped to the United Kingdom and any other locations made available at checkout.
Orders are processed through our fulfillment partners and shipped to customers using tracked delivery where available. Some inventory may ship from domestic or international partner warehouses depending on availability, product type, and logistics routing.
If your shipping country is not available at checkout, it means we currently do not ship to that location.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link, where tracking is available.
Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing, local postal services, public holidays, high-demand periods, incorrect address details, or other factors outside our control.
Carrier Services
Deliveries may be handled by Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, USPS, YunExpress, or an equivalent trusted local or international courier, depending on your location and the fulfillment route used for your order.
Where tracking is available, your shipment will include tracking from dispatch to delivery or to the final-mile courier handover.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your order at any time using the Track Order page on our website.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update. In some cases, tracking may only update once the package reaches the destination country or is scanned by the final-mile courier.
Delays, Customs, and Delivery Issues
We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, public holidays, weather conditions, high-demand periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Furlee is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at:

We will review the tracking information and work with the courier or fulfillment partner to investigate the issue. If the courier confirms that your package has been lost, you may be offered a replacement or a refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation and product availability.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If a package cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible, we may be unable to offer a free replacement or refund. If the package is returned to sender, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
