Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition that you received it, unused or in its original condition, with any included accessories, packaging, or instructions where applicable.

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout when contacting us, so we can process your request faster.

UK Customers

For UK customers, this policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you purchased online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, unless an exception applies. After notifying us of cancellation, please return the item according to the instructions we provide.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For UK customers exercising their legal cancellation rights, refunds will be processed in line with applicable UK consumer law.
